Help Desk
We understand that your research projects need to stay on track and continuously move forward. That’s why Key Solutions’ Help Desk provides online and toll free phone support for all questions and problems that arise. Your end users report problems through the Help Desk number or through your web-based system portal. Our knowledgeable technical staff identifies the cause of the problem, and when necessary, reproduces a test case or a detailed description of the problem.

Our Help Desk is available from 7am to 7pm (EST) 7 days a week, for both critical system problems and for all system problems.
